Annual Shows 2026

Early Summer Show…..5th July
Late Summer Show…... 23rd August
All plot holders are welcome to take part. Please don’t be hesitant, you can ask for help at any time.
These events are a good opportunity to meet fellow plot holders and share your gardening prowess with family and friends.
Show schedules
These can be found on this website. A few weeks before the show look at what you’ve got growing and decide what you could enter. Don’t be afraid to ask for help from other plot holders. Everyone is happy to support each other.
The website gives a guide to what the judges will be looking for and how best to present your entry.
The Late show has a Novice section. This is for those who have never entered a show before. See Late Show schedule for details. Please ask for help if needed.
Completed Entry Forms
These can be given in at the Social club the Saturday prior to each show. See the Planner for times. Alternatively you can enter via email: judithallotment40@yahoo.com
All entries must be received by midday.
The Day of the Show
On the day of the show the Social club will be open from 9am until 12.30pm to collect entry cards and set up entries. There will be a member of the Events Sub-Committee available to support if necessary (Judith or Jacqui). Please read Show requirements to make sure you’re entering the correct class, have the correct number of items etc.
If there is insufficient space for your entry, please speak to Judith or Jacqui.
Itinerary
Collect entry cards and staging- 9am-12.30pm.
12.30-2.30pm Judging….bar open
2.30-3pm Viewing
3-3.30pm Presentations
3.30 End of Show
Prize money is awarded at the end of the afternoon. Certificates and trophies will be presented at the Plot Luck Supper October 14th.
