Dugdale Crescent Developement Proposal
You may have received a letter from Birmingham City Council regarding their proposal to build 28 two bedroomed bungalows on Dugdale Crescent.

There is to be a meeting on the proposal on Tuesday 18th December at Hill Social Club at 7pm to form an association for residents of Dugdale Crescent and nearby areas. This is so opinions, knowledges, resources can be a focus for further communications with the council.

It would be in the interest of the Crescent for as many people as possible to sign up to this association.

Please contact: Judy Lewin - 5 Dugdale Crescent, Paul Brown - 63 Dugdale Crescent, Steve Lane - 11 Dugdale Crescent or email [email protected] to confirm that you will attend the meeting, or for any queries.

There are no obligations with membership but the association will represent your views, so we could encourage communication and attendance meetings.

Social Club News

The roofers have said the scaffolding will be coming down soon - but they're still at it today, so who knows when.

You may be aware that there are a number of entertainment activities that take place in the club every week - especially on Saturday night when there a regular appearances from some very professional artistes.
As a plotholder you are very welcome to attend these activities (subject to payment of the relevant entrance fess of course). Full details can be found on the Social Club Diary section of this website. Why not come along? You'll be pleased at the high quality of the entertainment available.

Bonfires
Bonfires are allowed in November for the disposal of diseased materials.
A few thoughts:
If you have a bonfire make sure it does not give offence to neighbouring plotters and householders.
Do not leave a bonfire burning when you leave.
Ensure that you do not damage anything with your fire (especially yourself).
